Upon ordering your estimate, you will receive specific instructions on how to submit your request and launch our Xactimate building process.

After placing your order, you will be granted access to our customer portal through our CRM, Acculynx. This is where correspondence with our team will be conducted.
Upload Information

Once you've accessed our portal, you can upload all pertinent information for your estimate directly to our portal. We will automatically be notified, and have access to all photos & documents.
Receive Estimate
Once your estimate is complete, it will be uploaded to the customer portal. You can access the document there. Turnaround times vary, but will be typically be between 24 - 72hrs.
Request Revisions
If you've received your estimate and need revisions, no problem! Just shoot us a message in the customer portal and we will revise your estimate accordingly. No limit on revisions. However, we kindly request you keep it within reason.
